I guess if the bone damage on the right canine region was not so significant the right side could have had a better anterior distrubution.
One question that we should always be aware of is the change of lingual thickness of the denture by having an attachment in the anterior where speech is developed ina patient with unresolved loss of vertical dimension or buccal flange projection of the attachment which might affect cosmetics if the implant was placed buccaly in an area without significant interdental distance and where the flange is narrow and thickness of denture is not adequate to prevent attachment show through.
